The event at Lakewood National Golf Club supports the PKD Foundation. The PKD Foundation is the only organization in the U.S. solely dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and to improving the lives of those it affects. By funding basic and clinical research, nephrology fellowships, and scientific meetings, the organization hopes to discover and deliver treatments and a cure for PKD.

Since 1982, the Foundation has proudly funded more than 1,300 research projects and leveraged $1.5B in research funds, making them the largest private funder of PKD research.
