Charity:
The event at Canyon Farms Golf Club supports the Lockett-Up Foundation. Established by Kevin Lockett of the Kansas City Chiefs, the Lockett-Up Foundation has been impacting local communities for more than 20 years, with a focus on at-risk and disadvantaged youth in education, community service, and literacy.
Since 2000, the Foundation’s “Read & Achieve” program has promoted elementary school students’ reading skills and prepared them for academic success. Support to date has been provided to organizations and programs in Tulsa, OK, Manhattan, KS, and Kansas City.
